- Play the file via your computer or MP3 player or burn to a blank CD using the below video instructions so you can play the sounds on standard CD player also.
- Start the CD off with a low volume and play on loop if possible.
- If the dog or cat if comfortable increase the volume slightly on the next playing of the CD. Continue to increasing slightly each time until audible in another room. Stop at any stage if the animal shows signs of stress and restart another day at a lower level.
- Play regularly and change volume up and down within the comfortable range.
