6 Steps for creating a website:

  1. Decide on site required, business, ecommerce, blog (news / diary) or a mixture (content management system). We recommend a contact management system if you are likely to expand the site in the future or you want to easily update the website yourself.
  2. Decide on a domain name. I recommend getting a .com.au (AUD30.00 for 2 years) if you have a ABN else a .com (AUD30.00 for 2 years) domain is fine.
  3. Create a website. See below. We can also do custom designs if required. .

  5. Update your website: You can edit your own website for free or we can look after it. With the content management system you can easily add updates yourself at no charge.
  6. Promote your website: We have the latest tools to help drive traffic to your website.

Website Costs:

Design and Installation: $550.00 Inc GST Includes:
  • Software that allows easy editing by you if you wish.
  • Hosting and domain registration for first year.
  • Importation of data and images.
  • Email setup eg [email protected] and other email accounts that are web based also with the worlds smartest spam control.
  • Software and plugin updates for a year.
  • Google friendly site structure.
  • Traffic tracking.
  • Site indexation in Google.
  • Website backup.
  • Video on how to use and add information to the site.
  • Level 2 hacker and spam protection.
  • Level 2 website attack protection.
  • Distributed to 18 worldwide locations for fast loading anywhere in the world.
  • Cached and compressed for fast load times to help in Google and user experience.
  • Email support from me if the site goes down.
Ongoing costs:
  • Website software upgrades per year: $55.00 Inc GST
  • Hosting per year: $110.00 Inc GST
  • Domain name: $30.00 inc GST for 2 years (you will pay directly or I can add to invoice if you don’t want that hassle)
Extras:
  • Future additions of data/images after initial set-up $32.00/hr Ex GST (not required as fairly easy to do yourself from the instruction video)
  • Logo/Letterhead/Business card creation.
  • Article writing (basic and advanced) to get content on the site.
  • Website promotion.  Eg get on first page of google for a keyword.
  • Website adverts.
  • Shopping carts/forums/chat
  • Facebook/Twitter setup.
You need to provide:
  • Text and images.
  • Site layout (I can help and easy to change later. We will provide example websites to so you know what is offered)
  • Logo and unique backgrounds/headers if required. (I can make in extras)
  • Transfer domain name servers to point to my hosting. I can do if you know/can get the domain login/password.
  • List of email address’ to create.
