I do acknowledge that I have been reading in various medical journals that garlic has certain enzymatic properties that improve the cardiovascular function of the body, allowing the heart to operate more effective. The information published in very helpful for people looking for natural supplements for there heart. I also came across a product, which helps those with a heart condition called cardiacare. The combination of proper diet, exercise, supplements (such as garlic or vitamins) can help your heart become healthy and stronger with time.
